Program

The University of Ibadan Medical Students’ Association (UIMSA) Presidential Committee on Curriculum Assessment, Research and Development (COM/CARD) is a special committee operating under the auspices of the UIMSA president set up to track the impact of the 2010 Ibadan Medical School Curriculum on the quality of the medical education provided by the college towards its continued improvement and expansion. The Symposium, set as part of the 60th UIMSA Health Week’s activities, is the highlight of the UIMSA COM/CARD's work as it provides a platform for the committee to present her findings.
The objectives of the symposium are as follows:
a) To provide a platform for the presentation of research findings of the committee on the Ibadan Medical School Curriculum as well as the final report and recommendations of the committee both to the college management and the entire University of Ibadan medical student community.
b) To bring the college management, alumni and the students together in a setting that allows free flow of ideas as regards the progress of the Ibadan Medical School.
